Our thoughts on the sudden closing of StoreConcept (潮倉)

It is reported that a competitor Store Concept has suddenly closed its door on their customers, without return the goods and deposits back to the customers. We are shocked by the lack of business ethics of this company and would like to assure our customers that:

1. SC Storage is the biggest mini storage operator in Hong Kong with 25 locations (sq foot and unit basis)

2. We have been in operation for more than 9 years with a respectable track record.

3.We have served over 30,000 customers throughout our history.

4.Many of our Storage are wholly owned, not rented (over 15)

5. We are partners with many other big companies such as Centaline, and PriceRite.
