I ceased renting KH0064 on 26 May 2012. Despite my repeated requests to your staff Ms Lai and your Accounts Department for the refund of the deposit and advance payment to me, so far I have heard nothing from you and the saw no trace of the refund. This is totally unacceptable and there is no customer service at all!!!
