climate control storage in hong kong

Storing antiques, wood and furniture as well as musical instruments cosmetics and electronics are ideal items for the temperature and humidity controlled units. Long term storing in these facilities where the heat or cold can split wood furniture, damage antiques or electronics is desirable. Another plus is the humidity levels are kept low, preventing moisture to build up on boxes or furniture and causing mildew or other damage to the items.
These units are more expensive than standard storing. However the benefits out weigh the costs. Most climate control storage have air condition or dehumdiflier also also allowing it to keep out rodents or dust. Another benefit is the peace of mind knowing your belongings are safe from the elements. Standard units are simply a metal room incide an industrial building. Most offer some sort of security. People storing their stuff in one of these facilities need to realize it is like storing everything in a regular garage. If it is hot outside, it is even hotter in inside. This can cause candles or cosmetic samples to melt, record albums begin to warp and mold to develop from the humidity. The new climate controlled facilities gives the owners a competitive edge over the standard owner. Customers want to know their possessions will be stored in good condition and not destroyed by the temperature or humidity.

Summer is here, reserve a storage while you can!

When in search for self storage it is important that if it is need it in the near future it should be reserved or rented as soon as possible. Currently, renting is in its busy season that began in early May and it is very unlikely during this time that facilities will have many units available. There are many reasons why self storage is so limited right now. The number one reason is because the climate is getting warmer in the Hong Kong and many people are storing up their winter jackets and freeing up their home spaces. Another major reason will be the use of the summer for home renovation and cleaning. When the kids are out of school, it is ideal time to redecorating, un-cluttering and reorganizing from the cold and winter months. So lots of furnitures will have to be stored until the cleaning and decorating is done.

At SC Storage , we are at 93% occupancy throughout all of our sites (except new ones), and we are expected to be 98%+ full throughout the summer. Customers are suggested to search and reserve a space for the summer early if needed be, a deposit of 300hkd would ensure a secure place for the tenant at their time of need, otherwise we expect it would be hard to find a good storage close to your home when the time comes.

How Much Self Storage Should You Pay For?

No matter where you look, you can find good price storage anywhere in Hong Kong. You can find facilities in your area, by searching on the Internet, in the newspaper, or through word of mouth. When you look for a storing facility, you can find a lot of great offers and some great looking facilities. You have to be sure you are getting what you are bargaining for.

When you are researching on-line, you can go to many different places. You can go to many different search engines to get the biggest searches for storage. Most websites you visit will send you directly to an actually facility. Most search engines (most famous Yahoo and google in Hong Kong) are very biased , as the word storage or

When it comes to best bang for your bucks, you have to determine what you can live with or without. Most facilities will offer you a lot of different amenities for your dollar, but you have to realize those great amenities are what drive the cost up. Whether it is their climate controlled gates or their millions of cameras looking for those dastardly characters lurking around to confiscate your items, you have to understand what you are paying for. When it comes to needing affordable storage, you have to ask yourself, if you care if your items are located within the in a location near Central or the Peak, or can they be stored at further away at the New Territories? When you are scouring around looking for somewhere to store, the facilities that you do not with 100 cameras , just without all the bells and whistles.

Rennovating your home with 迷你倉

Are you planning on remodeling this spring? Are you

moving to a new home? Maybe you are simply doing some much needed spring cleaning. Whatever the case, you might want to consider temporary storage as a help with your needs. There are many reasons why this is a desirable option.
If you are doing spring cleaning, depending on the size of your house, or the depth of cleaning you are plan on getting into, there are many good reasons for choosing storage as a part of your plan. Unless you have additional room or some other building that is accessible to you for this purpose, there is no reason why you should not contemplate using this method. It can afford you much more room while cleaning your house. If you have a large house or many things that clutter up your house, it is extremely difficult to work around these things to vacuum, mop, polish or dust. Try temporarily stocking away some of your more unnecessary items while cleaning. Perhaps you might like your home so much with all of its newfound space that you will decide to keep it that way!
Are you thinking of moving. The housing market is unstable, and note many people are buying and selling. If you are in this particular circumstance, storage is almost definitely going to be part of your game plan. It is difficult enough to organize, compile and separate all of your belongings into boxes, labels and rooms. It does not have to be hard at all. You can make it much simpler. Start off by simply organizing everything you own into several different groups of things. Out of each group of items, decide what you absolutely find necessary, and what you could deal with being without for a while. Take the items from each group that you can do without, and put them away temporarily for the first few months you are in your new home. This will be such an enormous help to you as you move everything into a new place, organize it and put it away, decorate and make it your true home.
This is an option that works for people in many different situations. It is cheap and easy. If you find you have the need, you should certainly try storage.
